Managing Director
Lt. Col. Randeep Hundal, with over 20 years of executive leadership, drives a customer-centric focus at INNOVISION, aiming to broaden its global brand presence. Responsible for revenue, strategy, and organizational growth, he oversees marketing, sales, finance, compliance, operations, and training. With a proven 14-year track record, he serves as a member of CAPSI's Governing Council and co-chairman of the Legislations & Licensing committee.
Mr. Uday Pal Singh
Director
Mr. Uday Singh, a strategic planner in advertising, media, and public relations, holds an MBA in Communications and boasts vast experience in marketing, sales, advertising, public relations, event management, and merchandising strategies. With a background in Economics, he has excelled in top MNCs where he drove significant revenue growth. As an NCC veteran, he has contributed to training, operations, and manpower-sourcing policies.

Mr. Gurpal Singh
Director
Mr. Gurpal Singh, Director of Innovision Limited, served 33 years in the Indian Army before founding the company in 2007. Managing operations in Punjab, Haryana, and Northern India, he focuses on government sector manpower acquisition. Notable achievements include securing a major client, Six Stem, with 4000 personnel, recognized on the Mohali brand's 11th foundation day in 2017. With military experience, including service in the 1971 Indo-Pakistan war and postings in Uri
and Jamnagar, Mr. Singh brings invaluable leadership to Innovision.

Currently serving as Executive Director (Legal) at Nvidia Graphics Private Limited, she heads legal, compliance, and Secretarial functions.
